I added my 3 doses of Pfizer to the Health app by scanning the 3 QR codes in the NHS app (from the “Travel” section of the COVID pass).

The vaccine record was added successfully to the Health app but not to the Wallet. It says the record is not “verified”.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix for it?

Thanks

I am having the same issue with my three doses of Moderna.
Added them to the Health App and there is says "not verified" and that only verified records could be added to Wallet.

I am in Germany by the way... And within "Covpass", our official app for your COVID vaccine record, the certificate is displayed as valid.

I’ve got the same with my NHS vaccinations.

I’ve manually added them into the wallet app anyway using the NHS app

The new addition is for EU vaccine certificates, not the UK vaccine certificates.

The Uk signed up for the EU Vaccine Certificates

Mmm it says that it linked with the EU Gateway for mutual verification, not that the NHS is now issuing EU DCC certificates.
There seems to be a nuance but remains to be seen.

AFAIK, EU vaccine certificates do not expire but the NHS certificates do for example, so not sure how that plays into this.

Scratch that, I just tried and it does work!
It works only for the travel pass though, not the domestic pass.

So what do we need to do to activate this for wallet usage?
I just scanned the QR code generated by the NHS app using the camera's QR scanner, and it's added it to the Health app & the lovely pink version in the Wallet.

It was the 'Travel' one, not the Domestic one.

It still has the 30 day expiry, cos the NHS seems to want that to be a thing.

I just noticed the record has become verified so I was able to add it to the wallet! That took a while but glad it worked in the end. It’s a shame that there’s one card per dose rather than one card showing all 3 doses and the codes expire after 30 days so you have to add it again, but it’s a good start. I hope they improve it.

The card does say 'Dose 3 of 3' on mine. So at least it confirms 3 doses.

Yeah. NHS basically needs to add support for SMART card then you can get one card to show all doses: https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=7h3vwlh5

But I doubt they’ll do it anytime soon. They’re too slow to add support for Apple Health. Even accessing your medical records is only implemented for like two hospitals in Oxford and that’s it, no other hospitals are supported.

It's Oxford & Milton Keynes, and it's been annoying that it's been a few years and no more!

I'm moving to Northern Ireland and it's worse there, as I think their COVID passes don't have option to go into the health app. Though theirs includes photo, when I went over there, my cousin had hers scanned at a venue, when mine was scanned, I had to show ID to go with it.
