Can some try out sounds on items like keyboards?
On my 13 ProMax, I turned on sounds (haptics off) and the volume was not consistent. It would change during use.
I normally have sound off (have since turned it back off).

Anyone else have “downloading” showing for the Siri voice you have selected? I use the default voice 4 on my devices and all of them show “downloading” but it never finishes. Asking Siri questions it seems to be behaving normal.

I'm having the same issue. On previous betas, I didn't have this issue but occasionally Siri would stop reading me my text messages when I had my airpods in. A reboot would fix that.

I usually use the South African voice 2 and it is behaving erratically. Certain things she will say is normal but then other things it sounds like she took some downers as the tone is lower and slower. Very weird. It's been reported and it is really annoying.

i selected another voice for siri and it downloaded just fine. it doesn’t spin forever on downloading anymore.

the 15 second skip bug in apple music is back for me though; happens randomly.

voice 1, but it doesn’t make a difference. the issue is being on wi-fi. i thought choosing another voice fixed it, but it wasn’t that.

Is there anything new yet? I know that we're not expecting any game changing features considering iOS 16 betas are around the corner, but I'm surprised to receive a major update that only has bug fixes so far.

Yeah, they are trying to figure out what a gender neutral robot is supposed to sound like. Hmm I guess I am wondering the same thing myself. 🙂

Yes being more inclusive is important. And would also come from a different team than the testing or bug fixing too.

How does a neutral siri improves inclusivity exactly? I can't find a reason that someone can't use siri properly or is feeling excluded under current siri options

13 ProMax OTA from 15.5

• Animations are faster
• Battery - no clue at this time
• Cell calls and WiFi calls are good so far
• When you open Camera (load) the screen gives a double/triple flicker (video attached - at start you see the flicker)

Yeah. Noticed that when opening camera for 1st time.. doesn't seem to do it if it is just resuming the camera...

could it be an issue where it is trying to decide upon the focus?

Could be. You are correct it is okay on resume and none of the other three camera apps do it.

Both the 13 ProMax and iPad Pro 11, I use Proton VPN
This started in 15.4.x and has slowly started to expand where there are more and more apps and websites where I go to do a transaction and Apple Pay fails if the VPN is active. Had it happen twice today.

Is this something AP is changing?

Regular CC and PayPal work fine. Just AP is failing.

Either 15.6 or MacOs 12.5, but Airdrop is awful between my Mac > iPhone.

Had a weird incident today. Went outside in the bright sun and jacked the brightness up so I could see the screen. It worked for a bit, then dimmed. I could not get any difference between half brightness and full setting. Went inside and same issue. Rebooted the phone and it is working again.

Anyone experience this before? First occurrence for me.

At this point, this is all I want.
Even this week, I had an occurence of this. It's a 4 year old intermittent bug I think.
