Has anyone with the iOS 15 beta been able to check whether or not AirTags can be shared across your family now?

Man they still don't have this feature? It's such an obvious and important feature for people. If I put an airtag on my dog's collar, I want my family members to be able to track it incase I'm not around.

Seems such a glaring omission as I’d like to have a tag on our family shared car keys, PO Box keys, etc. So we continue to use Tile, instead.

I’m also surprised the new improved Apple TV remote doesn’t have Find My built in. I can get an eBike with Find My integrated, most of Apple’s portable device have it even with the power off, but not the TV remote? Maybe they’ll add it when Find My Devices supports family sharing.

This is exactly what me and my wife want! She can't use my keys (car or flat) otherwise the Airtag will start playing a sound. They should allow an additional (or more) Apple ID to add the same AirTag. This would still prevent using it for stalking (the person would need to know if they add it to their account) and this would allow a family to share the same item.

They could limit it to only sharing AirTags with people already in your Find My Family Sharing, making the stalking argument moot for this particular feature. My wife can already see where my AirPods, watch, phone etc. (at least two are normally with me at all times) are via Find My, so this is absolutely no different...

But you can turn off your phone so that she can't trac... oh wait...
