Makes it sound as though iOS and iPadOS 15 went on general release today – confusing to readers who are new to the way Apple software releases work.

Without a doubt the most disappointing and boring release. Exif in photos is decent though.

I am going to re-watch the keynote but at first glance outside some useful GUI enhancements I was not overwhelmed. Especially for the folks that spent over $ 1,700+ for 16gb iPads - still only 2 apps and same archaic window management

When I use to have a ipad mini 2. I often wonder why them two apps were not included. It seem odd. Though short sighted on how useful it would be. Instead of having to go with a third party option.

I can see the FindMy widget being useful. Glad to see Apple is creating more widgets.

I agree. FindMy should not be an app you have to look for. I consider it an important security app and give it top placement. Glad to see it will have a widget.

I think Deliveries has a much better GUI than Parcels. I am surprised if Craig uses it. Maybe it was there as presentation filler?

Still no native Apple Calculator and Weather apps for iPadOS? C'mon! We're tired of third-party apps that we have to pay to stop blaring and obnoxious ad banners and such! Is it too much work to do them for iPadOS?

So pretty much ios15 just minor updates it’s more like ios14. Feels like much of the rumors were a bit off on what they thought. Don’t get me wrong at least there some good stuff. Though a overhaul on icons would of been nice and so on.

So happy to see a Mail widget finally. This should've been day one with iOS14 (seriously, anyone with a desk job relies on e-mail as 100% mission critical), but I won't complain too much -- we have it now and that's what counts.

Perhaps in the future? When ever that is. Till then your have to find third party apps to do all that on the ipad i.e. weather, Calculator.
