Sounds like I’ve missed the lines on my 14 pro max. I’ve also been fortunate to find very few bugs or app crashes. The only thing I’ve found, and it’s definitely a first world problem, is AirPrint doesn’t work direct from the Amazon app (for returns) like it did in iOS 15. You have to download the posting label and print from the pdf for reliable printing.

I've not had the green lines on my iPhone 14 Pro Max however the screen not responding and me having to press the power button to wake it up is an every day occurrence.

Hopefully it also fixes the bug of rectangle notifications on Notification Center too.

So, if the iPad's OS is iPadOS, the iPhone's OS is iPhoneOS?

No. As I've already explained, Apple currently identifies the iPhone's OS as iOS (NOT iPhoneOS) and identifies the iPad’s OS as iPadOS.

Apple hasn't called the iPhone's OS "iPhone OS" in years so if you want to refer to it as "iPhone OS" you'd be using an old, no longer used label. The choice is yours; you can use the old, now incorrect label (iPhone OS) or the current, correct label (iOS).

If you have a problem with how Apple labels its operating systems, you can take it up with them.
