The Download & Install screen showed up but when I clicked on it, I got the Up to date screen.

Update: tried again and it worked. 578.4MB on 13 ProMax.

Mine had developer selected but found nothing. It then Showed a message saying the Apple I D is not part of the developer program and then the only option was public.

I’ve had this Wi-Fi bug forever on a 13 and a 13 mini. Would love a fix but after multiple updates I’ve pretty much given up and use Wi-Fi only for heavy downloads and leave it off mostly or I’ll miss what’s app messages. Hope you see a fix but don’t hold your breath.

I was still allowed to download the Developer beta here in Indiana. Maybe that feature is rolling out slowly?
