Seems to be running pretty smoothly. 2 things, I don’t see the photo duplicates option anywhere to do the deletion process. I also, no matter what I do or settings I change, can’t get any keyboard haptics to happen. Thanks for any help.

If anyone has the preview up and running, please could you check if an option for the below has been added into the Mail app?

Go to: Settings > Mail > Accounts > { Tap any regular imap account } > Advanced

Under the "Mailbox Behaviors" section, please tell me what options are listed.

On Monterey I get an option to specify the "Junk Mailbox", whereas on iOS 15 I don't. It's so very annoying.

The same feature on both platforms is different.

If someone could check whether the Mail app on iOS 16 allows you to specify a Junk Mailbox folder, that would be fantastic!

Still no way to specify junk mailbox unfortunately.

Does anyone know if the live activities is working for the music app? Music widget being expanded, etc. I have installed but I haven’t came across any settings for this.

It took a while but it shows up. It must have to scan your library first.

and you can view Duplicates photo with the ability to merge them together in the Albums tab

Okay now THAT is incredible. Hugely useful feature.

Are you finding the Stage Manager to be intuitive and stable?

It's a little spotty for me. It's caused a crash a couple times. Also it seems to think my external monitor has space off to the right off screen that I don't.

The fact that you can only resize the iPad Stage Manager windows from one of the corners, which seemingly arbitrarily flips from the bottom left to bottom right corner depending on size and placement of the window, is wildly unintuitive to me.

I can do it from any corner or I can resize just from one of the sides too, but then I am using the Magic Keyboard (same works with any BT mouse/trackpad).

also noticed typing with the stage manager on the iPad sometimes it closes the keyboard and swaps the window

I'm not sure if the metal 3 features are on iPhone 13 pros but I got a notification of an in-game download completed

Annoyed that I can’t have a different wallpaper for Lock Screen and Home Screen and use widgets. I like my Home Screen wallpaper to be dark almost black and Lock Screen to be visual and have color.

Hopefully this gets addressed in future updates

You can. I posted earlier how to do it. It's not intuitive but it can be done.

You might need the driver found in the Xcode 14 beta when you extract it in Resources > Packages > MobileDevice.pkg

I was able to change the Lock Screen and then change the Home Screen wallpaper just fine. Only the first time it changed both. I am in an iPhone 13 Pro.

Yep. I read on here including your message that it’s possible. It’s been a hit or miss. Hasn’t worked with all lockscreens. No biggie though

Apple Music feels a lot faster and snappier. Scroll views are scrolling faster.

And there is a few visual changes. The text labels are now replaced with chevrons.

And recommendations show album art or artist picture.

It is also possible to Favourite artists now.

Just a reminder that there’s a lot of indexing and re-syncing going on in the first few hours after a new major beta install and some features (Lock Screen/wallpaper settings) might not be fully baked in so it’s most likely lacking some functionality that will be added in. Solid update so far. I have updated my iPhone, iPad, Watch and MacBook to the new Beta. I’m surprised at how stable it is. All of my most used apps seem to work, from what I can see.
