iOS 16 - Recent call List

I have an iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 16 with Tmobile. Has anyone noticed that the recent call list will list a phone number of a missed caller AND another random number after that? This number can be completely random or from my contacts.

The random numbers are probably spam and don’t even ring on your phone, so you are probably unaware that you’ve received a call

For the record, I also have this bug. Tmobile + iPhone 12 + iOS 16

I think I was able to resolve it. I reset network settings, deleted all from the recent call list and hard restarted the phone. So far so good....
