I can see 16.1.2 in the weeks ahead as 16.2 is still at least 4 weeks off and lots of bugs still persist.

Let's see if Apple keeps up with it's promise. I have a feeling official iOS 16.2 will be out to the public by end of November, After the Thanksgiving weekend. Therefore expect another beta next week?

No, mark gurman has already leaked that it will be released in December.

Has to be next week which is very sudden, unless if it's the 3 days after thanksgiving. Don't think they will launch it the week of thanksgiving. It looks like it may be exclusive to the 14 series though
Glad, Apple has confirmed it once again. I think iOS 16.2 is bound to be released to the public by end of this month right after Thanksgiving. Which leads to the end of November. November 28th - 30th.

I would guess that a 16.1.2 would include a new feature, which seems weird based on past releases. It doesn't seem like 16.2 would be ready this month so confused now.

Brandon Butch says he thinks it will be a server side update. I don't know what that means but that's what he said.
Makes sense...and means there will be no specific iOS update to add these features to the phones affected. They will just update (like Maps does) and people will have the feature.

is it beta 3?

Yes, I presume so.

Good morning! It's Monday!

My prediction for iOS Beta 3 is to be dropped. Who's willing to bet today?

25% Chances Today - 11/14.
75% Chances - Tomorrow - 11/15.

Hope everyone is going to have a great weekend! Let's get it!

Im going with a big fat tomorrow.

Cant see them just randomly changing the pattern of these releases for 16.2.

But I could be wrong. And happily to stop this stuttering. Grrrr
