ios 16 upgrade - Fitness app - move goal data gone

My phone upgraded to ios 16 a few days ago.

When I opened my Fitness app, all of the move goal data was lost. 🙁

Do I have to stay at zero pluse the recent three days since upgrading or can the data be recovered?

After another day, the data just appeared. I guess it just took time for the data to arrive from the cloud.

I know, it's a silly thing to worry about but I had amassed a number of the "shiny bit" awards and have a running (pardon the pun) competition with my wife. She almost always beats me out. She is an elementary school teacher and has to be on skates to keep up with her students.
