That’s huge! We’ve needed to have the ability to control the resolution of the photos from within the Photos app for years. I’m thinking the only reason we didn’t see this during the beta period was because it would’ve tipped Apple‘s hand that the lower end iPhone were getting 48 megapixel cameras (which was hardly a surprise really).
 
Pretty sure the vibration when I get notification is different compared to previous beta. It’s like two fast and short vibrations

Cnet Said something about the dynamic island in iOS 17 being available for other phones. Is there anything to this? I didn't catch the wanderlust
 
So if I have the RC installed, will it update the airpods pro 2 firmware automatically, or do we have to wait for the official release for that?
Ok, it updated - installed the RC for MacOS Sonoma, used that trick of plugging it into the computer, and now showing the new firmware for the Airpods Pro 2 - 6A301, this adapative mode is effen nice!!

Am I mistaken? I thought that in standby mode that the screen was not supposed to go to sleep when connected to a charger?
