Might Dynamic Homescreens ala' iOS-16 be coming to iOS-17? Currently on Beta 5 and see no way to set Homescreens as dynamic?

Below is an example from iOS-16 iPad

Yes that! So interestingly i went back and checked on my iPhone and turns out at least one set of dynamic wallpapers has carried over to iOS 17 - both on the lock screen and home screens.

Definitely not on mind from what I could just see when I looked a moment ago. Where did you find them on yours?

I don't see a dynamic wallpaper option in Wallpaper Settings but at least one of my older wallpapers from iOS 16 seems to have imported over when i moved to the Beta. I only see them if i swipe back on the customize wallpaper screens.
But If select that particular Wallpaper as the current one it displays and works as seen below:

Interesting, thanks. So as you say, it has imported your wallpapers settings from 16 perhaps. As I didn’t have any wallpapers set with dynamic backgrounds I don’t have any now… At least that’s how I see it anyway.

I have a wallpaper from iOS 14 that has a built in alternate dark mode, despite the wallpaper being no longer available it's fully functional with iOS 17's dark mode integration that didn't exist in iOS 16. It seems if you have a wallpaper already selected you can keep it moving forward with special features in tact.

Those dynamic wallpapers are probably one of (if not the) longest running wallpapers after being introduced in iOS 7.

Paddle1 Yes same, I have at least one that goes back a number of years where the lock screen is the Blade Runner Poster and the Home screen is a Dynamic Image and works perfectly in 17, except I can't customize it as I get dialog box that says if I customize it will replace the current Home Screen.
