Thrilled for this, since have a few medications, prompt comes I off I check off the one or two I've taken, but often take the other(s) shortly after but even though I only marked a couple as complete, it never reminds me to take the remaining one I didn't mark as taken. So glad sounds like this may finally be resolved.

I looked for Round on the App Store and it says it hasn’t been updated for 5 years. It is a wonder it still works for you.
Yikes, I didn't realize it was that old, still works great on my iPhone 14 pro running iOS 16 but eventually it'll have to be updated if the developer still around. Good thing there's other options.

This is a crucial feature that was missing that Medisafe included. I take very important medication that I have to take and do forget things. It's been an absolute lifesaver.

I take a medication the 1st of the month even 3 months . It's impossible to schedule it that way in the Health app . No problem with Reminders where I get the choice .

Let's say I take my medication 5 hours late: the app should postpone the other med so I don't take two pills just one hour apart, for example.
Precisely what I mentioned here.
It seems like they didn't make this possible in iOS 17.

I’d like them add a count of how much medicine you have left and refill reminders

That’s one of those ideas so good it feels obvious now that you’ve said it. Send a feedback, hopefully they add this.

If apple would bring this to the Mac, I’d be able to set up for my elderly mom half a world away.

Ridiculous that the iPad got Apple Health functionality before the Mac.

A 2000+$ device that doesn’t get the app support (even from apples own apps) of the iOS devices is ridiculous.

This is one of my worries with the AR glasses. They already have two platforms (macOS and iPadOS) that they seem like they don’t have time for or ideas what to do with. And now they’ve gone and had a new AR baby.

Had some difficulties with the Apple Watch updating the iPhone Health App medication notifications in the betas, and opted not to take Apple’s advice to wipe and reinstall my watches. I just went back to using the Reminders app. But I’ll definitely try again in iOS 17.

When I have a calendar reminder it pops up on the watch full screen so I cant miss it, but all i get for medication is the red dot at the top, which you might not see until later. They should do it the same way as calendar reminders

This is a welcomed feature for me. I take many medications and some supplements, and have loved using the Health app, along with my MyID account and medical bracelets. I’m so glad the Health App is now on iPad with iPadOS 17.
