Sometimes they release updates later in the day. As we should have gotten a beta last week, this is already an abnormal update cycle, so maybe they’ll drop an update later in the day.

I’d say there’s a decent chance we don’t see 17.5 until next week. We could see 17.4.1 before then UNLESS it has code that will identify features in the as-yet unannounced iPads.

Usually, here in Spain, new OS versions are released at 7PM, same time as most Apple Keynotes are aired.
That’s why I said 50 minutes. In 35 minutes we’ll know.
everyone got worked up and saying 17.4.1 was coming monday or tuesday because that Fame G Monster account posted the build so then naturally MacRumors also said it was immenent for that same reason
No, he said he expects it, but not that it is guaranteed.

This last weekend we moved an hour ahead so you’re one hour off.

The reason it’s not likely to happen then is that the US went back on Daylight Saving Time 8 days ago. So until Europe does the same, it’ll be at 6pm your time.

And of course, it may be that 17.4.1 is designed to fix a zero day and perhaps something more needs to be added (or something like that )
