Since whatever changed in this latest 2nd DB3, the underlying updates to webkit/Safari, the kernel version, and other fixes to IOS 17 DB3 would be right on track for next weeks DB4 release for sure. This second DB3 release seems more akin to a PB seeding that we will see before that? 😉

iOS 17 Public Beta was released today. Check out the video on how to install it.
With re-release this week and PB today, I don't think we will see beta 4 until end of the month. I believe last year beta 3 lasted for 3 weeks due to the same scenario.

Since 2nd DB3 build didn't effect the Safari 17 version or Darwin Kernel date more likely DB4 will show up next week. We also got the first DB3 on July 5th. 2 weeks would be July 19th.

That is certainly a possibility. The 4th beta for both iOS 15 and 16 came out on July 27/28 in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
I hope we are wrong, but if we take into account that last year he did the same, it is more than likely that we will not see beta 4 until the week of July 24.
Last year, the re-released beta 3 of ios 16 was the same build, just changing the letter, the same as the one of ios 17.
next week we will leave doubts hehe
