The blocking of sources not in ones Contacts database is so woefully inadequate

That's why you need to use my patented method. Create a contact called "Block". All the numbers that bug you should then be added to that contact.

Don't forget to delete and report the unwanted text. This may or may not do a thing, but it's so easy to report that you should at least try. It can't hurt.

15 is ancient in the tech world lol and probably the worst version of the iPhone with battery life honestly with the over heating
I have been careful with changing, as I have a second mobile, I don’t use my 15PM like I used my 12PM. But the battery health after a year is at 91% (326 cycles). 12PM was at 92% and 366 cycles after a year. And it was my only device then.
I will never buy another iPhone ( or any device) on release day.

This feature to scan and add the calendar invite might be useful if it works well. Sadly cannot try this out on my 15 Pro Max

I think it is neat that Apple is adding AI features, features that can be enabled or disabled. However, gatekeeping these AI features to the 16 series is a bit ridiculous. At the least, the iPhone 15 series should get these features as they are more than capable of running them. I get that Apple wants to sell you the latest and greatest devices but the iPhone 15 Pro was a $1,000 device. You're telling me a one year old $1,000 iPhone 15 Pro can't run a Google Lens-like feature? I have to buy a $1,100 iPhone 16 Pro to use all these new AI features? Apple can't make some of the AI features cloud based and have it be part of Apple One somehow?

Apple diehards are not that gullible these days, surely folks are getting tired of this. It's no wonder long time iPhone users are starting to look elsewhere. The base Pixel 9 for example does all the same AI stuff the 9 Pro does and its $650. On Google Fi it's even cheaper. Even the Pixel 8 from last year does all the Gemini stuff and those can be had very cheap and they are very capable devices.

If I threw all caution to the wind and wanted the best hardware available that has no integrated AI, I'd just a get a OnePlus 13. That phone is looking like the phone of the year and it's only January. C'mon Apple... don't do your customers like that.
