With the delayed of apple intelligence, there are much less reasons to update to iOS 18. It I were you, I will hold the update for now.Is it okay to update yet? I'm still on iOS 17 and everything is working flawlessly and I don't wanna wreck it.

Weirdly, as I still have a notification sound issue, I don't have any issues receiving iCloud mails via push.Email push is not working for iCloud emails. You have to manually open Mail and refresh.
if you were expecting an important email, why did you check if you realized a problem with notification on a beta software? Things, such as this, happen on beta software.> Mail notifications still silent
How can it be this bad, how can a $trillion company ship such obviously faulty software?
I'm quite frustrated. I missed an important email today, seriously almost threw my iPhone across the room.
If there was ANY other reasonable option, if androids and PCs weren't so creepy and awful, I'd sell all my apple gear and never look back.
This bug was introduced with 18.3.2; which is not beta. The idea was to see if Beta 18.4 fixed a public release bug.if you were expecting an important email, why did you check if you realized a problem with notification on a beta software? Things, such as this, happen on beta software.

@srbNYCI use 366 too, as it can show events which are already in progress.
Imagine you have a party from, say, 9pm until 3am, and you weren't planning on attending at 9.
Around 9:15pm you check your phone, and Apple's widget happily tells you that you're a loser with no friends and nothing to do. Go home, go to bed.
Calendar366 will tell you that the party is still happening, go out and have fun (or go home, and go to bed, but knowing you've skipped the party).
It’s that bad huh? With the delayed of apple intelligence, there are much less reasons to update to iOS 18. It I were you, I will hold the update for now.
Hm.. I figured most people used Spark or Superhuman by now. They're both so good!
In all my glancing at the updates Apple has introduced to Mail with iOS 18 and macOS 15, I haven't been swayed at all to make much use of it
Superhuman is so FAST, and all the new AI tools inside of it (especially for Mac) - make it by far the best email client I've ever come across. Yep, it's worth every dime
It’s that bad huh?
I'm on 18.4 now. It's not too bad. Seems very smooth. Actually, smoother than 17 in my opinion, but Notification Center animations are really tacky now. Stuff just stutters and snaps into place.No. iOS 18 has been solid and performant. While it's true the Apple Intelligence features have been a bit underwhelming so far (though I do get value out of mail/chat summaries, etc, it provides), it's been a pretty clean ride so far. No reason to hold back.
