Looks like with all these updates (and last year ones), is a good thing to upgrade from Pros 1 to USB-C Pros 2.
Or not?
Or not?
If they opened the gestures to third parties, “Let us bow our heads in payment” could be a real (and dangerous) thing. The head gestures are interesting. Lots of people are going to look silly moving their head to do things.
Even macrumors dont know the answer to this question, this is just. Re post of what apple announced at wwdc with no deeper analysis,I *think* that right now voice isolation is done entirely on iPhone, and with iOS 18 some of the voice isolation processing will be done also on the AirPods Pro. But I’m also confused.
It’s on the iPhone itself. It’s new cause it’s going through the AirPods now. iPhone microphones took care of the work.I'm so confused... Voice Isolation already exists for AirPods Pro, what is different? Why is this being shown as a new feature?
Is that they are expanding it from FaceTime calls to regular phone calls?
Yup 👍🏽I *think* that right now voice isolation is done entirely on iPhone, and with iOS 18 some of the voice isolation processing will be done also on the AirPods Pro. But I’m also confused.
This will definitely throw a new spin on things…The head gestures are interesting. Lots of people are going to look silly moving their head to do things.
I could have sworn voice isolation was always a feature
Head gestures should be useful in certain situations.
But what happens when you just wanna pop your neck?Head gestures should be useful in certain situations.
Not as silly as talking to Siri 😂The head gestures are interesting. Lots of people are going to look silly moving their head to do things.
Cracking your neck is so 90’s. I kicked that habit years ago 😏But what happens when you just wanna pop your neck?
Except when google has been doing this for a couple years now, and their buds are half the price of AirPods Pro. I believe you can do it with iPhone too, just need the google translate app.can't release every feature all at once... how else are they gonna make you upgrade to next year's almost identical device? 😅
missed my point completely my dude lolExcept when google has been doing this for a couple years now, and their buds are half the price of AirPods Pro. I believe you can do it with iPhone too, just need the google translate app.
