Every single year, the same story. In fact, “Hello Apple Intelligence” is just a joke! Some countries received it yesterday (after announcing it 6 months ago), and in Europe, it’s still a pipe dream.

Apple is lucky it doesn’t have a competing ecosystem; otherwise, it would be struggling to survive.
Totally agree with this.
I mean what is the point of announcing stuff which is 6-9mths away from being implemented. It just makes them look even stupider and more behind when compared with the competition.

No, completely wrong analysis. This is not a spending issue, is a leader issue. As long as the same person is in charge nothing will change. Federighi has to go.
I have to reluctantly agree with this. I really like Craig and his showmanship brings a lot to the Apple events and WWDC. But evidence speaks for itself.

They should cease manufacturing new hardware and instead focus on refining the operating system they currently have. Siri’s performance fluctuates, becoming both better and worse at the same time. We require more functional features, and they need to collaborate with third-party developers because Apple is in need of assistance. Their vision appears to be becoming limited. They produce some excellent products, but now, their competitors are making significant progress with their operating systems. iOS has eliminated several features that were actually quite good, but overall, they need to take as long as necessary to deliver a stable operating system with some new useful features.
Well, now you know, this is not going to happen because the new hardware is what brings them in the money. The only other answer I see, dare, I say it, is that they start charging for the new software updates. I hope that never happens, but as it doesn’t bring them in any money, it is not the focus, otherwise Siri, which is on practically every product Apple makes, would be much, much better by now..

As big as Apple is, you have to feel bad for the software teams. Coming up with a new OS each year, and then rolling out these features to millions of devices, they must be stressed out to the max. As some have suggested here, it may be a wiser move to move to every 18-24 months.
I don't feel bad for employees (software engineers) who get paid north of $300K. But that is me.

Do you think they keep it for the events? He obviously can’t manage a team. He’s way out of his league.
