BTW, fun example in the story here, but every cat I've ever lived with has had a very good built in Feed the Cat alarm. And no, you can't "reschedule" it either.

Sometimes someone's feeding someone else’s cat at someone else’s place. 🤷‍♂️

Two questions that might leave me putting off a to do list item I have until this much more elegant solution is released.

1) Can URGENT reminders be created by shortcuts in 26.2?

2) What happens when you are wearing an apple watch?

I currently have a daily automation which reads my reminders, and if it finds one matching a pattern (date is the next day and title starts with "Alarm: " then it marks the reminder as done and sets an alarm for the time the reminder was due.

I don't need that often, but I find it useful when deciding - a few days in advance - what time I need to get up to catch a flight or something.

I like my automation and felt smug that it worked, but it seems it may no longer be necessary 😁. I'm currently testing the new 26.2 option.

I think this is a much needed feature but it is still failing in one area. You can't set it for a location based reminder. These are the reminders that are easiest to miss since you are usually preoccupied when you arrive or leave a location. As far as I can see, the urgent slide button is tethered to the time slide button.

Is this technically harder to do or is it a horrible oversight?

This would be the actually game changer IMO
