Small update for my iPhone 17.

My screenshot to PDF feature is still not working on my work tablets. I reached out to apple support prior to the update and they said others were having similar problems. I guess I’ll have to wait to IPados 26.5 hopefully. In the meantime I’ll just have to utilize workarounds

Is this a broad known bug or is it something that you experience personally?

Both. Some examples from reddit, but I know there's been posts here about it as well:

It's been fixed since 26.5 beta 1 apparently, but I was hoping Apple would backport it to these point releases as well.

All good this morning on iPhone 17, done my usual hard reset the day following a software update.

Battery seems to be draining slower with my same usage.

Hi everyone,

I think I’ve stumbled upon a weird UI glitch in the native photos app on the latest iOS 26.4.2 build. I'm seeing it on my iPhone 17 Pro Max and my iPad Pro, so it seems to be a software issue.
Basically, the video player in the photos app is totally broken. There are no timestamps (start/end times are missing) and the progress bar looks fragmented with weird blue and gray blocks instead of a clean line. Even the play button and other icons look misaligned or partially cut off.

The strange thing is that the videos themselves are perfectly fine. If I send them via WhatsApp or open them in the files app, they look and play normally.
It looks like a specific rendering bug for the standard playback view on larger displays. Has anyone else noticed this? I first saw it after importing a large library, but it also happens with freshly recorded videos.
(For those wondering: I've already tried a standard restart and a forced restart (hard reset) on both devices, but the issue persists. It didn't change anything.)

Would love to hear if others can reproduce this!

I would plug into iTunes and see if you get any response. The best would be to DFU back to your last backup. But if you can't get any response from the device, you may need to reach out to Apple support for help.
