truly need help bad. my iphone 15 pro max has done the ios 26.2.0 update and turned off my face ID and the phone will not allow me to use my screen to touch anything nor can i turn it off or restart because the screen is not reacting to touch.

Relative of mine says her iPhone 15 pro max screen freezes a lot after update and not able to shut down. Apple Store said to reset it or wait until next iOS 27 in a week. Doesn’t want to reset spite having iCloud backup.
