Fingers crossed! I want the new design like it is right now, I love the liquid glass design , but speculate that’s gonna change over the next few weeks until official release and it will be toned down a lot…

Or do you think guys that’s finished the design by the first public beta?

The overall design is rarely "finished" by beta 2. I don't expect any "major" changes (whatever that really means), but fully expect Apple to continue refining the look and feel through the remainder of the beta cycle.

Hoping for a solid beta 3 on Monday. I've had b2 on my iPad mini for a week or so, and if there are no major issues reported after a day or two of beta 3 "in the wild", I may consider adding it to my iPhone 16PM.

Historically, PB1 would come out about a week after the corresponding DB, so I would expect DB3 this week and PB1 a week later.

Not that it matters much for our lot here, as nowadays anybody can have a free developer account and install DB as soon as they come out.

Yeah, given that I have access to the dev beta, I guess I’ll opt for that one instead of waiting a whole week.

Are there any differences when it comes to installing and uninstalling the beta, between dev beta and public beta? Can I do an IPWS install on both?

No difference, both can be installed OTA or via IPSW files.

The main difference would be timing- The Public Beta lags behind in case there's some kind of show stopping bug in the Dev Beta. Then they have the time to know to hold off if there's an issue.
 
Do we think it'll be today or maybe tomorrow due to the 4th July US holiday?

I hope we stick to Monday releases personally 🤞🏼
 
Not looking forward to this being another 2 hour procedure but definitely looking forward to the improvements
