Not sure.. We'll most likely see Beta 5 on the 4th with a Public Beta on Tuesday? Maybe that's where people are getting Tuesday..
I’m really hoping for Monday as that’s realistically when I’ll have a chance to install this week, if at all… if not, onto waiting for b6 or b7

By the way, I tested an IPSW install for my iPad Pro in Apple Devices and it did NOT brick my iPad. I have seen no reports whatsoever that the software was fixed (and there is no shortage of incredibly stupid “news” posts here on a slow day) but being that it has been unusably broken for… the entirety of its existence? this would be a pretty big deal. So I will test an IPSW update for the next iOS beta whenever it may be that I can install it.

Not sure what you’re referring to with the .ipsw files. I’ve been using them to install both my ipad and iPhone and have had no issues. Not sure what you’re referring to that’s broken.

I’ve noticed you’ve pointed out a lot of things you say have been broken over a large amount of time. It’s entirely possible that those issues are only happening to you due to some configuration or app issue or something. I’ve seen all of the issues you’ve posted and have never been able to replicate them.

I think it was pretty well known within the community that Apple Devices was completely unusable for upgrades or restores and far from an isolated issue. I railed against Apple for this constantly because I found it particularly disgusting that they continued to offer software that was consistently bricking devices - but I was always invariably told to shut up and move along since there were other methods of updating.

I have no idea what you're talking about. No one I know has had any issues, I've had zero issues backing up and restoring.. I'm literally finishing restoring an iPad for my daughter right now.

Also, "bricking" a device means it's rendered unusable. I've yet to know anyone that's ever had an issue where a DFU restore didn't fix their problem, whatever it was.

I hope for an early beta for everyone this upcoming week. The OS gets worse with glitches and stutters.
Not my experience. Since beta 4 it’s pretty good. Until the final release they hopefully sort out some issues with the animations. And as always the x.1 release will also be more polished and fluid.

I'm pretty sure we're still on Monday beta releases..
I'm just not sure if we'll start seeing weekly's at that point or maybe not until b6 on the 18th..

I think when I looked it’s been 8 betas and at least one RC since iOS 13. To keep on that schedule, we need to go weekly with a two week gap between 8 and RC. So based on trending, I would say weekly starting this week.
