iOS 27 Beta 2 - RCS In-line Reply Not on All Android RCS Devices

I notice the ability to in-line reply does not work all RCS messages. It's only certain people. I wonder if it depends on what RCS service the other user is on? I can't tell if its an Apple side thing or an RCS Android user side dependancy.

Same issue here. Some in our group chats see it, most don’t. I could not pinpoint what causes it to work, e.g. Beta GM does not seem to have it enabled universally either since a lot of our group participants are running the beta build.

The same goes for reactions, they don’t work reliably for everyone either. Some see me react, some see me send a text and vice versa (e.g. I see reactions properly for 3 out of 10 chat participants, the rest has them come through as basic texts instead).
