I have a bug in the Find My app.


Simply opening the Find My app is enough to reproduce the issue. The right side of the screen does not respond to touch input, and the map cannot be moved or interacted with in that area. The affected region is approximately 0.5–1.5 cm from the right edge of the display.

Can anyone else reproduce this issue?

Been struggling to find fixes with this bets, but here are two:

1. Prior beta kept removing my Home widget in CC. After a reboot it would be gone. Re-added it in B8 and after rebooting, my Music widget disappeared. Re-added that, rebooted and now it’s all there again.

2. On my iPad, the keyboard would languish for a second after closing an app while it was present. That’s been fixed. The keyboard is now dismissed with the rest of the app.

I’m still getting moments where there’s no unlock animation to the home screen.

Also, if you long press on an app in the Apple Library (in list view) with transparent/tinted icons, the icon contents misalign with the icon border.

Mine opens in the last folder used, as it always did. So if I select “All Inboxes”, it will stay there.

Can someone check the behavior of VoWiFi? I think this might be a general iOS bug that has been carried over across several iOS versions.


Very often, even when the Wi-Fi connection is in excellent condition, the iPhone loses its VoWiFi connection.


To reproduce the issue, simply:

1. Turn off the screen.
2. Wait 5 minutes.
3. Receive a phone call.

The call will not be received over VoWiFi, but will either fall back to the cellular network or be missed entirely.

Who cares? Not sure that is even a thing... I developed for years... now retired... still running the dev betas... what's your point?

Just run the beta. Find a bug. File a feedback. Move on.

Issue for me is I have a process I have to go through to safely update as the updates of the past froze on install forcing a complete restore. (4 times now).

I think it is my companies management profile, but can't be sure so I install a few things prior.

I actually wrote an app to make sure I don't miss uninstalling anything. 😀

And re-installing company apps via intune is also a PITA! 😀

Buddy I don't think you should be on these betas. That sounds loooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggg.

Beta 7 bricked my phone on IPSW instal. Took 20 minutes to recover and resign into a couple banking apps. Done!

They really have buttoned up that process and speed to recover on PERSONAL phones.

Yes. Although I don’t know when it finished. Maybe I should give it another day to see if my battery will settle.

Mine seems ok so far, but someone on Reddit posted the same issue with this beta. I have "auto updates" off, if that makes a difference.

I am not having an issue and I have auto updates on.

You can’t accurately assess battery life the same day you install it, especially just two hours in.

This was on Beta 7. It’s a trend over the past week.
