I am not a fan of bugs, and with OS updates from apple, that is a guarantee even on the RCs. Expect the unexpected and then listen to Apple complain that people aren't updating.

About time!! Apple products super power used to be "it just works". These days, one bug or another gets in my way almost every day.

I have been using macs since 1987, and have never before experienced such crappy quality control as in the last few iterations of macOS and iOS.
Announcing marketing lead features at the pre canned WWDC keynote are more important than stability.

And it’s important for Apple to get users interested in new features, so devs support them, as their devs have their guts by now.

/sadly the truth.

The interest in AI is artificially inflated. Aside from ChatGPT hardly anyone actually uses these chatbot-features or anything else but stuff that is baked into the system, as for example, inside the image processing pipeline.

As for the title of this article, it should better say “iOS 27 will delay these features for your iPhone”. This is click-bait of the n-th degree.
