iOS 4.0 & 4.1 Beta

Long story short, I'm making a bet with a friend of when iOS 4.2 comes out. The thing is, I can't seem to find how many beta versions of 4.0 and 4.1 came out before their official releases.

Anyone know for sure, or know of a website that list's the beta's and their respective release dates?

We'll most likely see a 4.1.1 before we see 4.2 depending on when they plan on releasing 4.2

Being realistic, they have at most one month to make the "November" target for 4.2

What issue is there that cannot wait an absolute maximum of one month to be fixed?
