It is indeed! Mine is downloading... only a minor update:

Owners of the iPad/iPad 2, the 3GS & later iPhones (except the Verizon/CDMA iPhone 4), and the 3rd/4th gen iPod touch: fire up iTunes, there's a Thursday surprise for you. iOS 4.3.2 is now available and adds these features and fixes:

- Fixes an issue that may have caused blank or frozen video during FaceTime calls
- Resolved the problem preventing some international users from connecting to 3G on their iPads
- Includes all the latest and greatest security fixes

When I got my iPad 2, it was on 4.3. First thing I did was save blobs with TU, and it said 4.3.1, and that it was to late for 4.3. I went back to iTunes, and it said I was on 4.3, so I upgraded to 4.3.1. I thought that was strange.

TinyUmbrella just saves the SHSH for the current firmware regardless of what firmware is on your iPad. If you had an iPad 1 that was still on 3.0, it wouldn't matter, if you run TinyUmbrella today, it will save the SHSH for 4.3.2.

No you are too late for 4.3.1.

You may still be able to get it if you hurry, there's a slight time delay between when a new firmware is released and when Apple stops signing the old one.

hurry as in it could be gone in a few hours or are we talking a day or so?

I just got my 4.3.1 shsh blob for my iphone, i hope i can still get it for my ipad when it get home :(

EDIT: If you can connect to your computer and run tinyumbrella it will save all your blobs as long as you have old blobs saved on there since it saves all the information it needs to make the requests. Pretty awesome! Just saved my iPad 4.3.1 blob while away from home.

Hmm.. why are people looking to update to 4.3.1 when 4.3.2 is out? The update is a full complete update.. you don't need 4.3.1 to update to .2, so updating to .1 is a waste of time?

My newly unboxed ipad 2 is having abysmal wifi issues. I updated it to 4.3.2 before doing anything else. It keeps dropiing wifi when an ipod touch, mbp, and 1st gen iPad are within 2 feet and doing fine.

Is it really necessary to get the latest firmware, in this case, the 4.3.2, if you're not having issues? I'm still with the firmware that came with the iPad2 and I'm satisfied with the performance. No issue with Facetime, 3G issue doesnt apply for me since I only have the wifi version. I believe in the adage "don't fix what is not broken" :)
