iPod touch iOS 4.3 Battery Percentage?

Hopefully, I don't see why this feature wouldn't be included with the iPod.
Such a small addition like this would really help. But I think it won't be included.

It's not in the GM. Considering that GM's are also release candidates if no further bugs are found, that looks like a big fat no.
 
I'm not sure, but I saw the percentage in one guy's iPod Touch with ios 4.3.
 
The battery percentage has been there since 3.0.
They would have done it by now if they wanted to.
