I've enabled home sharing on my iPhone 4 after updating to 4.3. I can access my iMac's iTunes Library as I'm supposed to; however, not all of my videos are visible on my iPhone. It seems that I can only view videos purchased via the iTunes Store or created on iMovie. All other videos, including those created in EyeTV 3 and imported to iTunes don't show up.
