iOS 4.3 Personal Hotspot.

After I installed 4.3 I clicked on Personal Hotspot and then the whole menu option just disappeared. This happen to anyone else and if so what do have to do to get it to show again??

It's really kind of weird. Any help is appreciated, thanks guys.

I had that happen but I figured it's because I don't subscribe at&t's tethering plan.

You will have to pay for tethering.
