My friend just posted a link on how to get OS 4. His thread just dropped. But yea it's available for anyone for download so it doesn't necessarily have to be a dev.

You went through all the trouble to look at the listings but couldn't post a single link? You expect to reply with meaningful comments after you post something vaguely resembling a single sentence and have us take you at your word? This is not an IM client. Most of us don't know you. You have to give us more content to actually provoke a discussion.
Dude, you're the troll. It's pretty darn easy to get the 4.0 GM firmware onto your phone developer or not, and there's absolutely no way for Apple to identify any of these terrible "developers" that are selling their phones on Craigslist.

Actually, updating your phone to ios4 would render it unlockable and decrease the value by that much.
