iOS 4 Multitasking Bug, anyone else seen this?

Were you listening to music in Safari? That doesn't keep the iPod icon, it keeps the icon of whatever app has the background/lock screen "hold" on music playing.
 
it also does that when you're playing some sort of video on Safari as well. pushing play actually allows the video to play in the background.
