Is anyone aware of a way to boot iOS 4 on a mac that has a touchscreen? I think that would be a neat solution for something like a computer in the kitchen where all you want is a screen and no clutter from a keyboard or mouse. Any thoughts?

iPad is the closest you can get to that, iOS is currently (as far as we know) compile for ARM architecture not Intel X86, you will need an Emulator (which I haven't read or seen anyone develop one yet - could be because it is a close source OS) and that may slow thing down.

iPad is your best bet
