iOS 4: Syncing won't save my App Icon edits

If I make a folder of 2 apps on my iPhone and then sync it - it'll come back as if I never made that folder.

Only way is for me to go through the Apps tab in iTunes to make any edits. Pretty annoying - is this a known bug?

Download he new SDK, it will fix the issue. Or you can create your folders in iTunes and they'll stay.
