iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 6.1.2

    can i update my jailbroken iphone 4s 5.1.1 to ios 6.1.2
    and can i update my iphone 5 jailbroken 6.1 to 6.1.2
    i tried tss server on tinyumbrella but it didnt work and gave me error 11
    (i only tried the iphone 5 and it wasnt in the dfu mode)
    any suggestions please

    No there is absolutely no way to update either of those phones to 6.1.2. The only firmware available during either an update or a restore for those phones is 6.1.3. iOS 6.1.2 is no longer being signed by Apple.

    Yes, even if you do that. I repeat, there is a absolutely no way to restore to any firmware other than 6.1.3 on an iPhone 4S or iPhone 5.

    I had an iPhone on 6.1.3 and went out and bought another iPhone on 6.1. Your saying I am either stuck on 6.1 forever or must update to the newest update? No way to stop at the highest jailbreak supported version?

    That's correct; there is currently no way to install 6.1.2.

    There's no point in doing so, 6.1.2 did literally nothing to help you. Stay at 6.1.
