New update just popped up on my 4S. Can't find any info on this update. What's changed?
On that notification only, you have link to more information about this update
all info is here: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1368187
Safari Definately feels snappier.
Battery seems better too. I update my iPad 3 iPhone 4 and 4S and the battery percentage is the same this morning as I left it last night
Updated the phone....No issues....Updated the iPad....Forced to start from scratch...No bid deal, just time consuming...I just love iTunes.... Wish Applw would finally fix it...
Ok these comments prove that a lot of "improvements" are only in peoples minds.
This was the only note about safari in the update: Improved reliability for syncing Safari bookmarks and Reading List
which does not say "speeds up safari performance"
And it didn't say a single thing about battery life.
Oh oh....my screen seems larger and brighter!!!!
HA, ok well my comment still stands for the other guys post
severe light bleed after the update
Lol...You do realize that even if the update was meant to address battery issues only, it would take about a week to conclude wheather or not it fixed any issues. Not 12 hours.
Which iPad? I updated my iPad 3rd gen last night, no problems. Gonna update my 4S tonight (it wasn't charged last night).
