iOS 5.1 No Volume Available Missing.

When I have my iPod Touch in the dock it no longer says No Volume Available where the volume controller is in the music apps. I noticed it in TuneIn Radio Pro. It still works just noticed it missing. I tried rebooting but it is doing the same thing.

5.1.1 still does it. I guess I am the only one with this problem..

That message is specific for the app. Perhaps the app was updated to remove the text?

Nope all the apps that use a volume control it does not show. It is not a big deal just a cosmetic blunder.

I've never seen a volume control like in the attached picture. I presumed it was specific for that app.
