Hey guys. one of the newest features i love from ios 5.1 is the stop playing feature under countdown, where whatever is playing will simply stop. it's great for going to sleep so i don't have to worry about the iphone playing for 8 hours every day.

the feature works for my regular music app, however for 2 radio apps I use (radio.com and tunein radio), the feature doesn't work. it will stop playing for one second when the countdown reaches zero, but then it will start playing again for no apparent reason.

does anybody know what the problem is/what i can do? i would love to have this feature work as there is a radio station on the radio.com app i would like to listen to when i go to sleep. thanks all

tom

oh, so it doesn't necessarily works for other apps?

if that's the case, then i wonder why my apps stop for a second then resume playing...UGH!

Write to developer.

Typically developer has to use a certain API.

TuneInRadio is typically slow to implement the latest API.
