FaceTime has been disabled which is a deal breaker for me. A new app that isn't working for me is TMZ for some reason, not a big deal though. HBO Go still doesn't work. All in all it runs well, but I'm going back to 4.3.3 until beta 3 comes out to get my FaceTime back.
depending on what you do on your phone will decide if this is worth installing now or not. I will say that i have installed both iOS 5 Beta 1 and 2 once they came out but have since reverted back to iOS 4.3.3
iOS 5 Beta 1 was extremely buggy and Beta 2 still had some bugs that i spotted but all in all runs very well but i am a BIG user of Facebook & Whatsapp and both apps don't work well yet in iOS 5 so this is why i reverted back.
Are events in the calendar app meant to appear on the lockscreen because they dont for me?
Well I dont even know if youre on the same beta as me if your saying that! Beta 2 is so much faster than beta 2.The consensus so far is that beta 2 is significantly slower than beta 1 for some reason.
My complete camera roll did not restore... pretty pissed bout it.
I completely disagree, it seems a lot more stable and faster
That's why you ALWAYS make a backup or, in this case, sync your photos. My complete camera roll did not restore... pretty pissed bout it.
Is there a way to get iOS 5 beta 2 if your not a developer?

This...
Beta 2 is CRAZY faster than 1, as well as the battery performance has been completely fixed on this one. Beta 1 was draining by battery twice as fast.
As far as I'm concerned, this is literally one of the most stable "betas" i've ever tested...
