iOS 5 Beta 3 - Video to Camera slide bug

I've reported bug #9798121 regarding the notifications screen appearing inadvertently when attempting to switch from Video to Camera mode in landscape mode in iOS 5 Beta 3.

Can anyone else confirm this using an iPod Touch? Thanks.

I can confirm this happens in beta 2 as well. if in landscape, tape the camera/camcorder instead of sliding.
