iOS 5 beta and iTunes 10.5 beta, "APPLY" button greyed out

For some reason after I updated to iOS 5b2 on my iPad 2 Wi-Fi, under iTunes 10.5b2 I cannot hit "APPLY" to sync anything, the button is greyed out. I am running on a dual 2.7ghz PowerMac G5 (PPC). Anyone else have the same issue?
