iPhone iOS 5 dialed for iOS 6

Anyone know of a good winterboard dialer that is the old dark colored on?...for iPhone 5?...I like the white but its nice to have choices...

this was made by Krafty for ios5, and modded by me (a lot, sigh) for ios6.
it's for the 4S, but you might be able to mod it...? anyway, worth a look...
