Did Apple scratch the whole "pattern lockscreen" feature for iOS 5? I was looking forward to it, but can't find it anywhere on the GM, unless I'm not looking in the right place.

That is a standard android feature, and is available on iOS through jailbreak. I've had every beta installed and don't ever recall this being a proposed feature.

Oh, I remember that article. It's from February and the article clearly states it was being used internally for Apple Connect which is for employees.

It was never publicly announced by Apple.
