On my iphone after I got the OTA update to iOS 5 beta 4 I cannot seem to get icloud to work properly. Not only wont it sync, it refuses to be turned on. I've tried everything to get it turned back on and it will not.

I was having the same problem but I got it fixed by deleting the backup that was stored in the iCloud, once I did that I was able to turn it back on.

I just backuped up to iTunes on my computer and am restoring it since I just upgraded to the Beta 5, so I didnt need it so why not and that did the trick.

Do you need that feature for your iOS software development?

That feature bugs me because it was working fine in previous betas. I want to be able to save app data when restoring phones etc.

Don't worry about it, it'll most likely get fixed when iOS 5 is out of beta. Remember betas are well betas.

I would suggest to ask your question in the Apple developers forums.
