Ok, so I'm on 9to5mac and they have the iOS 5 GM available for non developers. How the heck do you download and install it on iPhone.

Download the .dmg and extract the .ipsw file.

Option click restore in iTunes 10.5 Beta 7, select the GM, boom.

And then? I'm kind of dumb....

Download it like any file, then, if on pc, click on devices in iTunes and shift restore(option+restore on a Mac) find the ispw file and let it restore to 5.0. That simple

you also need itunes beta 9 or you will get errors
