iOS 5 lag when getting to lock screen on iPhone 4?

I am running iOS 5 on my 13 day old iPhone 4 and I find that when the phone is locked and when you click the home key, there is a bit of a lag before the lock screen comes up..

Everything else is fine.


Has anyone else experienced lag from phone being locked to showing the lock screen after clicking home button or lock button?

No problems here.

Any lag if you use the lock button instead of the home button?

It's the same with both buttons. It is pretty instant when I have locked it within a couple of minutes but if the phone is resting there for a while there is an extra 2 second delay.
