iOS 5 on iPad 2

Is anyone else having problems upgrading their iPad 2 to iOS 5? I keep getting to the "verifying iPad restore with Apple" part and then it gives me an error saying it timed out with the server.

The servers are being overwhelmed by all the update requests. You'll have to wait, everyone is downloading the same thing at once.

I'm having the same problem 🙁

My iPhone 4's update went smoothly but my iPad 2 hasn't been completed yet, download took forever and i've tried to update 7-10 times now with each attempt ending in an error after the backup is completed and the software is extracted.

I hope this gets resolved soon.

Mine had the same but after a couple of try's and a restart on iPad 2 it installed
