I noticed on whited00r that only the iPod touch 2G MB version is supported. Any other way I can get iOS 5 or above on my iPod touch? It is jailbroke and its the MC version.

I'm sorry I kinda worded my question wrong. I know I can't get iOS 5 or any firmware above 4.2.1 on my 2nd gen touch. What whited00r does is just adds the features that iOS 5 has. Only whited00r only supports the MB models from what I understand.

After posting this I found out about redd00r it supports both MB and MC models. I was going to give it a try but the repo (http://applepie.bplaced.net/repo) doesn't seem to be working for me. It's only in beta right now so I might wait for a bit then give it a try.

Does anyone have whited00r or redd00r running on any of their devices?

    Thanks labman for your reply
